Terms of Service for Quori

Welcome to Quori! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quori mobile application (the "App"), provided by us ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Quori, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Quori. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Quori is designed to help users take, organize, and manage personal notes, and may include AI-assisted features. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App to upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App to infringe on the rights of others
You retain ownership of any notes, content, or data you create or upload using the App (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the App’s services.
Quori may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play, and subject to their respective terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellation, through your app store account settings.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy (linked in the App) to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so to comply with legal obligations.
You may also stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you under these Terms will end.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App or its features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms in the App and update the "Effective Date." Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
